Office & Cancellation Policy:

Please be advised of the policies for this office:

• Illness- massage is is not appropriate care for clients experiencing a fever, infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an illness/condition. 
• No-Shows- Client will be charged for a full 60 minute appointment
• Cancellations- An 8 hour notice is required or client will be charged for a full 60 minute appointment
• Tardy appointments-
  • Appointments beginning up to 15 minutes late will not extend beyond the originally scheduled time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
  • Appointments later than 20 minutes will have an option to change the session to a 30 minute express or reschedule and pay for the full hour as a no-show.

Billing: Fees are due in full at time of session. This office does not network with insurance companies and does not bill insurance companies on a client's behalf. A receipt may be given to client to submit a claim independent of this office for insurance reimbursement of services rendered.
